These terms are an agreement between you and RufoStudio, run by Mohammad Ali in Bangladesh ("we", "us"), for your use of Roamento at roamento.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Roamento.
1. Who can use Roamento
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms. You may only have one personal account, and the information you give us must be accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at hello.rufostudio@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes your profile, moments, collections and photos.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post ("your content"). To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, display and share your content as needed to show it on Roamento, including in link previews and search results for content you make public. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from reasonable time for backups to expire.
Moments and collections you mark as public can be seen by anyone, including people who are not signed in, and may appear on Explore and in search engines. Private content is only shown to you.
You confirm that you own your content or have permission to post it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and the privacy of people shown in your photos.
4. What you must not do
- Post anything illegal, or content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent or threatening content.
- Share other people's personal information or private images without their consent.
- Impersonate someone, or mislead people about who you are.
- Post spam, scams, malware or misleading links.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the Service, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
5. Reporting content and takedowns
You can report content using the Report option on a moment, or by emailing hello.rufostudio@gmail.com with a link to the content and the reason. If you believe content infringes your copyright, include your contact details, the work you own, the link to the content, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, sometimes without notice.
6. Our service
Roamento is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable and your content safe, but we don't promise the Service will always be available or error-free, and we recommend keeping your own copies of photos that matter to you. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Some features use other providers, such as Google for sign-in and automatic translation. Their own terms apply to those services.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, RufoStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Roamento and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the Service at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Roamento after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
